Kirby: Superstar Ultra....Yeah, I said Kirby

This might be the first game I have ever reviewed that wasn't actually for a 360, PS3 or PC. This game is for the Nintendo Ds and its called Kirby: Superstar Ultra. It is a remake of the original Kirby Superstar for the Super Nintendo system. I am not a big fan of the DS but the other night my little cousin came over and brought her DS with her. She had Kirby: Superstar Ultra and she wanted me to play. An hour later I was almost half way done in an hour of the game. It was actually really fun. I don't have a Nintendo DS but this game had a real good fun factor and it has a good replay factor. You start off running around and sucking up anything in your way. You can morph your Kirby into different specialties like cutter, freeze and more. As you beat chapter by chapter you can move on and do some other fun stuff like racing King DeDe in a who can run and eat the fastest. I love kicking his royal blank in a race.

With other cool features in the game like having a teamate help you after you use their powers plus more. Now that we get the jist of them game you can now go and understand why this game isn't pure amazing. The game can be beaten in a day. Less actually in maybe two to three hours. The graphics are good for the DS. But it felt pretty much like the old game. The game didn't feel to non original. It was practiacally like every other game. But it was enjoyable. For my final rating I give Kirby: Superstar Ultra 3.5X points out of 5X points. Not only is this game one of the better game for the Nintendo DS, buts it was the ninth best sellin DS game in Japan for the year of 2008. Also one of the better games to be released over in America. So you can see if you play this game why it is a great remake which the new gamers can learn a little of the past which was re-evolved for our next-gen systems.
